Shipping Information

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is processed, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Domestic Orders
If your order is in stock and there are no issues with processing your credit card, the average processing time is 1-3 business days. After processing, your order will ship and on average will arrive within 2-5 business days from the ship date (domestic orders only). 
Tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your orders ship date, feel free to follow up with us at info@mxxnutrition.com.  

International Orders
International shipments may take up to 14 business days for delivery.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order shipping, feel free to follow up with us at info@mxxnutrition.com. Some international orders that take longer than the allotted timeframe are considered to be in customs and will process for delivery. However, if after 60 days your package has not delivered, we will work with you to have your package reshipped or refunded for the price of the items sold.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

Domestic orders from www.mxxnutrition.com are eligible to receive standard, expedited, or overnight shipping services. All orders over $75 will come with free standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping rates are available at additional costs.


DAMAGES:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged (broken bottle, broken lid, broken capsules, or expired product) we will ship a new bottle(s) and we will cover the expenses. Please complete our return exchange form and upload photos to the form and we will process a claim on your behalf.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders placed on business days (Monday - Friday) typically ship within 1-3 business days. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship 1-3 business days from that following Monday. Business days do not reflect weekends or US holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Maxxell Nutrition is not responsible for any VAT, Customs Fees or International Taxes that may be incurred after a purchase of merchandise from our online store. Orders may take longer to deliver due to customs delays. Though not all orders can be delayed by customs inspections, in some cases, orders can be inspected at a customs agency for a certain amount of time. Please keep this in mind when ordering internationally. We will do our best to assist you with any questions you might have in the process.
