Returns Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for eligible purchases. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, your purchase is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.

Refund/Exchange Requirements

What qualifies for a full refund/exchange? the following criteria must be met:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival (photo proof will be required)
  • You received the wrong item (will compare product received with the order you placed online)
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be unopened/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or,
  • Less than 25% of the product has been used
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • You must ship back within 30-days from date of purchase

*Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any supplement products that have been more than halfway used. We will not accept any returns for empty bottles.

Damages and issues
Once you have received your package, please inspect your order carefully and contact us immediately at info@mxxnutrition.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can get you the help you need.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The below listed items cannot be returned:

  • Products that were on sale or special discount are final sale and not eligible for return
  • Products that are mostly used (over 25% used) are not eligible for return or exchange)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return/exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
